Lounge delivers UK orders to you via Evri. The deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.

Our standard packaging and handling costs are £3.90. Feel free to combine items from different campaigns in one order. That way, you'll only pay for it once.

Where can I get my order delivered?

An order placed on zalando-lounge.co.uk can only be delivered to the UK.

You can order to:

• a home address in the UK

• a nearby Evri ParcelShop

We send your order via a Digital signature service. This ensures it is delivered directly to you, someone in your household, or a neighbour if you are unavailable.

Once your order has been shipped, you can redirect it to a preferred neighbour or pick-up point via the Evri tracking link.
