What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

If you're not in, don't worry. Your DPD courier will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. 

Once your order has been shipped, you can also use the DPD tracking link to redirect it. You can choose to send it to a nearby pick-up location or have it left with a preferred neighbour.

DPD delivers between 8am and 8pm from Monday to Friday. If your Friday delivery doesn't arrive, DPD will usually try again on Saturday. This just depends on whether the local depot has enough delivery capacity.

Please keep in mind that we can't control the exact time your order arrives.

If the courier can't deliver your parcel after two tries, it’ll be returned to us. We’ll issue your refund as soon as it arrives back at our logistics centre.
