If you're not in, don't worry. Your Evri courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. We send your order via a Digital signature service. This ensures it is delivered directly to you, someone in your household, or a neighbour if you are unavailable.
Once your order has been shipped, you can also use the Evri tracking link to redirect it. You can choose to send it to a nearby pick-up location or have it left with a preferred neighbour.
Evri delivers between 8am and 8pm from Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. Please keep in mind that we can't control the exact time your order arrives.
If the courier can't deliver your parcel after three tries, it’ll be returned to us. We’ll issue your refund as soon as it arrives back at our logistics centre.
