How should I proceed if I receive a damaged parcel?

If your package has arrived damaged, please send us a brief description of the damage and 3 to 5 photos clearly showing the damaged parcel and its contents. Additionally, we'll need a list of the missing items. Your email, including the photographs attached, shouldn't be more significant than 25 MB. Otherwise, it can't be delivered. Feel free to send us multiple emails if necessary. We recommend that you use the JPEG format for the images.

We'll get in touch with our logistics partner on your behalf, and as soon as we've got their feedback, we'll let you know.
