Need to get your order at home? You can now choose delivery to your nearest DPD pick up point. Parcels delivered to a ParcelShop can be picked up at a convenient time within 7 days after it's been delivered. This service is free of charge.
In the first step of your order, you can select a DPD pick up point for delivery. If your delivery address is already preselected, you can change it by clicking on the pencil next to your displayed delivery address.
As soon as you have received a delivery confirmation by e-mail, you can pick up your parcel within the opening hours of the pick up point. Please remember for ParcelShop delivery that a parcel can only be handed over upon presentation of the QR code and an ID.
If the parcel has not been collected from the pick up point within 7 working days, it will automatically be returned to us.
