What should I do if I don't have a printer to print out a return label?

Don’t worry, you can easily return your order without a printer. Simply create the return online in your account to get a return code.

Here is how to get your QR code:

1. Log in to your account and go to ‘Orders & Returns’.

2. Select the order and the items you want to return, and tell us the reason why.

3. Choose a QR code by selecting “Use your phone”.
