Which cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card will only be charged once your order is confirmed. When you place your order, we request the total amount from your bank. However, sometimes a pre-authentication error may occur. When this happens, your order will not be confirmed. So while we've requested the necessary funds, your credit card will still need to be charged. Our system will automatically notify your bank that the requested funds are no longer required, and the authorisation hold will be released.

If you return items, we will refund the amount you paid for said items to your card account once the items have arrived back at our warehouse.

3DS Authentication

Our checkout process uses 3DS Authentication, verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey. These services further protect your card account against unauthorised use when you shop with us. Please get in touch with your card issuer directly if you need more detailed information or encounter a problem with the authentication process. Sadly we have no control over the payment authentication process, meaning we cannot assist with any authentication inquiries.
