If an item is temporarily reserved, that means that another Lounge by Zalando member has placed it in their shopping bag. Their shopping bag will be emptied after 20 minutes if they do not complete a purchase. So drop by later and the item you want might be available again. It's worth it!

As soon as an item is sold out, we can't reorder it. Why? Because our stock is limited. What's gone is, unfortunately really gone.
