How do I unsubscribe from the Lounge by Zalando newsletter?

Easy! Go to ''Your account" and select "Newsletter settings". Here you can choose which newsletters you still wish to receive or unsubscribe from the newsletter completely by unticking the boxes for daily and/or weekly promotions.

Due to technical reasons, the unsubscription may take up to 48 hours before going into effect; therefore, you may receive another newsletter within this time period. Please accept our apologies if this happens to you.

Alternatively, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link found in every email newsletter.

Please note that on Lounge's website, you unsubscribe from the Lounge newsletter. If you are signed up for newsletters from other Zalando SE units, like Zalando or Outlet, please unsubscribe from the service on their websites.
